By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides information about our pest control and pest management services for solar facilities in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Dominican Republic, and the wider Caribbean, and allows you to request a site assessment. Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Website, including any quote request, form submission, or email exchange, creates a contract for services. Pest control services are provided only under a separate written proposal, service agreement, or work order signed or accepted by both you and PR Solar Support. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written service agreement, the service agreement controls for the services it covers.
The Website is intended for use by adults and by businesses, including solar facility owners, operators, EPC contractors, O&M companies, and facility managers. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if you use it on behalf of a company, that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
When you submit the contact form or email us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and you authorize us to contact you about your request by email, phone, or other means you provide. A site assessment request is an invitation to discuss services. We do not guarantee availability, scheduling, pricing, or that we can provide services at every location. Service planning depends on site location, scope, access, safety requirements, and project conditions.

Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Submit false, misleading, or another person's information, or impersonate any person or business;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;

You agree that the state and federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.
